Robbery Suspect Arrested in Bogo City After Hot Pursuit Operation

Bogo City police have arrested a man tagged as the suspect in a string of crimes across two barangays, including the stabbing of two senior citizens and a robbery, following a thorough investigation and a successful hot pursuit operation.

The suspect is now in the custody of the Bogo City Police Station (Bogo CPS). He was booked for Robbery with Frustrated Homicide on August 8, 2026.

According to police, he is linked to the stabbing of two senior citizens in Brangay Nailon, an attack on another resident, and a robbery in Barangay Don Pedro. Authorities said he was informed of his rights and is now set to face all the cases filed against him.

PLTCOL Maria Teresa G. Tan, Acting Chief of Police of the Bogo City Police Station, said the police will continue strengthening their campaign against criminality and protecting the peace and safety of every Bogohanon.

Ang inyong kooperasyon ug pagsalig sa kapulisan dakong tabang sa pagpatuman sa hustisya ug pagpanalipod sa atong komunidad."
