Overseas Job Fair

Cebu Job Fair
The Public Employment Service Office (PESO), Capitol  will have this year's first Overseas Job Fair on Sunday, March 16, 2014. 21,927 vacancies are to be filled up and thirty-two(32) licensed job agencies are expected to join the job fair  that would give opportunity to successful applicants to work outside the country. 


According to cebu.gov.ph, some of the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) licensed agencies are:

  • AL-ALAMIA INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER SERVICES
  • ARAM ENTERPRISES, INC.,
  • FVJ OVERSEAS PLACEMENT, INC., 
  • MIP INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER SERVICES, INC., 
  • ATHENA INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER SERVICES, INC., 
  • FRANCE ASIA INTERNATIONAL INC., 
  • GRAND PLACEMENT AND GEN. SERVICES CORP., 
  • PERIDOT INTERNATIONAL RESOURCES, INC., 
  • STARWORLD INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER & PLACEMENT AGENCY, INC.

Hired applicants will most likely be assigned in the Middle East and other destinations like U.S.A., Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Canada, Brunei, Ethiopia Africa. 

To avoid inconvenience, PESO Capitol is advising all interested parties to bring with them their necessary documents and credentials or call PESO Capitol for more details through telephone numbers 253-5710.

5th Charter Day Celebration

Message from the City Mayor The City of Bogo celebrates its 5th year of cityhood. And yet, it seemed but only yesterdaythat we finally earned our right to be recognized as one. It was a recognition bitterly fought at the highest court of the land; it was a victory that, no doubt, is a major one. But as far as we in the administration are concerned an even greater struggle is at hand: proving we can achieve the goals we had set in the first place when we pursued the dreams of cityhood.
