The City of Bogo undertakes a 4-Day Basic Incident Command System Module Course to be ready and equipped should be in an event of a disaster. This is facilitated by the Office of the Civil Defense Region 7. This is to formulate and develop a standardized system for communication, command, and control despite the differences between the structures of the many departments and other response agencies involved in response and recovery efforts in times of disaster. The Incident Command System (ICS) is a standardized hierarchical structure that allows for a cooperative response activities without compromising the decision-making authority of the local command.
